We are looking for a principal test expert, who can define and develop new test concepts and ATE test programs for our product portfolio of Automotive Power ICs. She / He is able to give technical direction, work on methodology improvements and finds ways to reduce test time and cost for products already in production. In your new role you will:

- Define and generate test concepts and test specification in cooperation with the IC-Design
- Develop innovative testing methods, understanding DfX concepts
- Identify and introduce methodology improvements in test program concepts and development
- Define / Develop test hardware and write test program code
- Create concepts to realize test time and cost optimization for high volume products
- Define test system requirements needed to realize a cost effective test concept for future products
- Be involved into the test equipment roadmap

Anforderungen

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Technical leadership skills to lead test engineers and to discuss with design and lab engineers
- A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
- At least 3 years work experience in the semiconductor business
- Know-how in semiconductor mixed -signal power-testing (ATE), preferably on Teradyne Flex
- Programming skills e.g. VBA, C++
- DfX experience including analog-mixed-signal as a plus
