Test Equipment Design Engineer

I have a great opportunity for a Test equipment design engineer with a background in the defence/aerospace industry.

The company are a market leading defence organisation who deal with cutting edge Technology.

What my client is looking for is a Test equipment design engineer who can do the following:

* Design of Digital Electronics including Microprocessor (eg Power PC)
* Design of Analogue Electronics low to medium frequencies) including those that meet the requirements of Safety (eg Pillar Procs, Def-Stans)
* Design of electronic packaging solutions (eg Hybrid devices).
* Design of FPGA's particular safety related

Experience in any of the following:

* The use of CAE Design tools Schematic Capture, High Speed Simulation
* Negotiation of subsystem requirements with the systems teams
* Writing Subsystem Requirement and associated documents
* Ability to provide succinct and accurate reports and presentations
