Test Environment Coordinator wanted for one of our Zurich based clients in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3+ years of relevant test environment coordination
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification, specially ITIL Service Transition will be of advantage
- Profound knowledge around operations of heterogeneous IT environments (zOS, UNIX, Windows, UC4)
- Very strong structured and accurate task handling approach as well as understanding of financial/banking services
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies along with experience in issue management
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Implementing daily service operation checks for the end of day processes, system and applications checks and disclosing the status on the DEM SharePoint
- Providing the entire job activities on the system test environment as well as coordinating the resolution of environment issues
- Preparing regular and timely updates on system test and education environment issues besides providing information about test or training limitations on the DEM SharePoint portal
- Accomplishing various operations tasks for the system test and education environment along with managing test environment reservations and capacity
- Organizing the maintenance tests for the test and education environments as well as assisting the team in test data management and test case execution planning & configuration
- Regulating the access and profiles for users on the system test and education environments and working with global IT services to setup and run international test activities
