Test Engineer with Automation Experience

On behalf of our client, an interesting international company, we are currently looking for a Test Engineer with Automation experience. This role is a full time contract position (3 months) based in Zurich and a suitable candidate is supposed to start as soon as possible. The main responsibilities and qualifications for this job are:
- Test Automation-Should be able to differentiate the various test automation frameworks in the market and their applicability to the AUT. Should understand the service offerings from Automation practice and leverage on the same, if required. Should have awareness on the various testing tools related certifications available in the market to improve the competency. Should be able to work on QTP and understands the overview on QTP as test automation tool - features, performance and usage.
- Application Testing-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.
- VB Scripting-Writing Complex Script Creating Automation through Scripts troubleshooting inScripting
- DataCenter Unix-Extensive knowledge on UNIX operating systems like Solaris, AIX, Linux, HP UX. Implementation knowledge. Evaluates and support the development of new Services and Products in Unix domain. Takes a Holistic view, leverages the process and business knowledge to Propose the new solution which can meet, long term business need of the internal/external customer.
