Test Engineer/Tester (Contract) - 5296

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Test Java solutions and integrate them finally to the existing application environment
- Review and challenge RE specs
- Create test design based on requirements engineering specifications
- Execute test cases and raise defects
- Track defect resolution and drive issues to resolution
- Handling of HP Quality Center during all test phases

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' experience in testing environment
- Experienced with testing methodologies as eg Waterfall
- Good knowledge of Java and XML
- Background in a financial environment
- Good knowhow with HP Quality Center (Test Plan, Test Lab, Defect, Linkages)
- Able to analyse complex issues, explain the results
- Multitasking skills, quick understanding, honest and open communication attitude

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- All-inclusive pay rate: CHF 740 - 795
