TEST ENGINEER - £NEG - 6 MONTHS - LEUVEN/BELGIUM - NETWORKING
The client is currently looking for a test engineer who can analyze technical requirements, telecommunication standards and product specifications. From these specifications, you will have to design test procedures and execute technical testing in a network environment. Next to this, you will work closely with other test engineers and provide input for the product requirements and specs. They are looking for someone to start in the next 2 weeks time.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
. Masters degree in Engineering (Electronics or Telecommunications) or equivalent
. Practical knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, ICMP )
. Practical experience with software testing
. Solid knowledge of Embedded software
. Strong and fluent communication skills in English (verbal in Dutch and French is a plus)
. Knowledge of Scripting and/or programming languages (C, C Shell, TLC, Python, Linux OS) is a plus
