Test Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Develop test solutions along the customer’s guidelines
-Implementation of high class device test programmes, the aim will be to provide a complete Test Programme for RF/Mixed Signal/ SoC/ Automotive Semiconductor devices on Advantest platforms (V93K)
-Analysis of the device programmes
-Solve application and software related glitches
-Debugging of the Test Programme to meet quality and specification requirements
-Follow up the product after release, to take place at customer’s sites
-Provide solutions to customer problems in an efficient manner

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Fluent English (written and spoken)
-Solid experience in ATE system support or IC Design or Device Test Programming
-Experienced user of Advantest 93k test platform
-Programming Languages (Java, Perl, C/C++)
-Experience in OS (Linux, Windows, Unix)
