Test Engineer Job

TEST ENGINEER needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Greensboro, NC.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Perform Design Activities for Test Fixtures
- Aircraft Test Design Concepts
- Strong CATIA V5, PLM Systems, and Team center

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Reviews test plans/requirements and coordinates with Stress Engineering, Test Tooling, Purchasing, and Quality to prepare and ensure implementation of requirements for testing activates on various static and fatigue tests
- Participates in full scale aircraft test design concepts
- Inspects 3D models and creates documents for test setup
- Assists with conducting tests
- Supervises conformity efforts for tests including creation and implementation of conformity documentation for testing, RRC's STPS Routers, test deviations, and resolution of squawks
- Writes testing technical reports
- Designs and creates solutions for conducting testing including: fix true design and fabrication

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field
- At least seven (7) years of experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering field
- Must be fluent with CATIA V5
- Teamcenter experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FAA regulations
- Experience in ERP systems preferably SAP
