Test Engineer- Austria (EU)-HP QC/Data Warehouse/Oracle- 450EUR

My client is a leading European financial organisation, they currently have the requirement for a experienced test engineer on an initial 6 month contract.

The role will best suit those who have worked in a Data Warehousing environment previously, and have experience in test case design and creation of test scenarios.

The required skills to be successful within this position are:

-Execute functional and non-functional test cases
-document test results into the defect tracking tool
-Automate test cases as appropriate and feasible
-Report to the test manager in creating test related reports and test plans
-Design functional and non-functional test cases
-Very good knowledge in SQL
-Good knowledge on data base systems (eg Teradata, Oracle, Informix)
-Good knowledge HP Quality Centre (ex Test Director)
-Good knowledge on the defect life cycle
-Basic knowledge in UNIX/Shell Scripting
