- University degree in Software or Engineering
- Ability to quickly understand business needs and to take initiatives and decisions
- Sound experience in testing (execution and test management) and requirement engineering
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in the use of an application LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT TOOL (EG POLARION)
- (Knowledge of Agile, SOA AND VIRTUALIZATION is a valuable asset)
- Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Stress resistant
- At least 6 years on the job experience
- Overall 10 to 12 years of IT experience
- University degree in Software or Engineering
