Test Engineer

Purpose of the role:

Perform testcalls in a mobile network environment and verify if these calls are processed properly.
This includes documenting the executed testcases & safeguarding the calldata.
Testdescription is provided at high level only - tester must be capable to elaborate independently

Technical competences:

Good understanding of building blocks of a Mobile Network (2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE).
Good understanding of IP-networking/routing technologies.
Good understanding of call types, subscriber types and features in a Mobile Network.
Good understanding of 3GPP standards.
Experience in use of call tracing tools (eg OSIX).
Experience in execution of test calls in a mobile network.

Additional Requirements:

Solid testing experience
R4 testing is preferred
Good understanding of VoLTE call flows
Multivendor Equipment
