Test Engineer

Next Ventures is currently looking for a Test Engineer to join a long term project in Belgium.

-T ranslating user stories in test scenarios and test requirements,
-A utomating the testing procedures,
-Development of automated protocols for regression testing,
-Design and development of (automated) test cases,
-Preparation of test data and test environment,
-E xecution of manual and automated testing, registration of test results and defects,
-R eporting on the progress and test results,
-Follow-up of defects during the life cycle,
-Collaboration with team members in Dev Ops team to align on analysis and implementation,
-Using of test techniques and tools (HP Quality Centre),
-Depending on your level of experience, you will be in charge of the coordination of testing activities.
-Able to turn user stories into meaningful tests with a large focus on test automation, both on service level (eg SOAP-UI) as well as on Front End (browser) level, amongst others;
-Pega knowledge required to be able to identify/locate flaws in the implementation built by the DevOps team
