Test Engineer - ATE
A Senior Test Engineer is required by a global semiconductor organisation. This is to be a long term contract opportunity. Our client is looking for a Senior Test Engineer to work on site at their location in Belgium. The successful candidate will have experience within the Mixed Signal Testing domain and have direct working knowledge of different ATE platforms.
Job Responsibilities
The Senior Test Engineer will:
Analyse test data and drive the review of the results
Collect statistics including selection, usage of correct tools and interpretation of measurement results and/or statistical analysis for further disposal.
Work with measurement techniques for IC's including selection and implementation of the most effective ones.
Document the development steps according to procedures and templates, focusing on clear summaries and conclusions.
Requirements
BSc or MSc in physics, electronics or electrical engineering
10 + years' experience in test engineering for mixed mode ICs
Knowledge of different ATE platforms
Test implementation
Yield improvement/test time optimization
Data Analysis of Test Results
Work experience with Mixed Signal products is a plus
