OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING FUND AND ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEEKING A TEST ENGINEER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM IN DUBLIN ON A CONTRACT BASIS.
JOB/OPPORTUNITY
They are seeking an individual to join their recently formed application performance and systems characterization test group. This group is charged with providing performance testing services on an as needed basis to other groups within FTG Enterprise Solutions as well as to other business units within Fidelity. This is an exciting opportunity as the group is just forming and the demand for performance testing is high.
SKILLS/EXPERTISE
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience in systems characterization and in-depth performance testing experience.
- Prior experience with HP/Mercury LoadRunner and/or Radview Webload.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, AIX and MS Windows Operating systems.
- Web Service, Application Server and Database Server tuning expertise - Tomcat, WebSphere, and Oracle.
