Test Engineer

DEVELOPS SYSTEM TESTS, SOFTWARE AND METHODS FOR USE IN THE TESTING OF MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SOUND AND ACCEPTABLE ENGINEERING PRINCIPLES. This candidate will receive assignments from Dept Manager/Technical Lead.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Performs integration of complex control systems to test hardware and software.
- Develops design documentation and test procedures for the test designs.

Leadership
Projects require self-direction and ability to adjust to changes in priority and scope. A dynamic team oriented organization, which demands a sense of urgency, customer focus, and process improvement.

Interpersonal
Good communications skills, influence capabilities, and an ability to work within a cross-functional team environment to achieve position objectives. Projects involve the interaction between departments including Design Engineering, Operations, and Quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering, or computer science
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logix/Netlinx Control System application
- Demonstrated ability to implement control systems based on system design documentation
- Familiarity with systems automation solutions
