Projektbeschreibung
Minimum of 8 to 10 years with experience in Network/IT/ERP systems
*You should possess above 5+ years experience in the area of OSS/BSS system and system integration testing.
*Expert knowledge of service assurance, activation and billing systems for multi-services and multi-vendor communication networks.
*Monitor effectiveness of SLAs, operating standards, end-to-end business processes and key interfaces
*Identify, escalate and lead resolution of issues identified around SLAs or quality of service delivered to customer.
*Detailed knowledge about network OSS systems like HP Open view, Netcool, etc.
*Detailed knowledge of OSS domain for Network services like MPLS, IPsec VPN, L3&L2 VPN, IPTV etc. Possess in-depth technical knowledge in two or more technology areas
*Experience in quality center test management system.
*Good knowledge in test processes, test life cycle and estimation techniques
*Good communication skills, hard working and ready to stretch out to meet objectives
*Have an aptitude in picking up new technologies and articulating requirements well apart from providing recommended approaches/solutions.
*End to end test strategy.
