Test Development Engineer (Android and iOS)/Build Engineer

TEST DEVELOPER/BUILD ENGINEER SANTA CLARA, CA 5 MONTH CONTRACT

The Engineer in this position will be responsible for developing applications to test Android/iOS SDKs. The role consists of functional testing SDK and related applications both manual and developing automation framework.

OR Build and Release Engineer: position will be responsible for build and release of SDK and application. Must have worked in Continuous Integration environment and experience in using Jenkins. Develop build scripts and handles all release activities individually.

For all positions Engineer will work in an agile team with other developers. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must work on site in Santa Clara, California.

EXPERIENCE:

- 2+ years experience of Android application development or iOS Development
- 2+ years experiences in Test Development for Android/iOS
- OR 2+ years experience in build and release using CI - Jenkins

TEST DEV:

- Experience in test case development and execution
- Experience in manual testing/Black Box
- Experience in Unit testing and functional testing
- Experience in writing automation scripts for android and iPhone
- Good debugging and log collecting skills
- Coding skills in Objective C, Java, and Shell Scripts
- Experience with agile software development practice, Scrum, Sprint planning
- Ability to creatively break the application functionally

BUILD ENGINEER:

- Experience in Jenkins and other CI tools
- Good debugging and log collecting skills
- Experience in Shell/Python scripts
- Experience in open source compliance tools
- Desirable: Good in Android/IOS application development
