Job Description for Test Developer

Position:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Testing, test case/plan writing. (preferably Embedded)

Should be able to understand the requirements and write test procedures with minimal support from development team.

Should be aware of the defect cycle and the importance of the focus on the product quality from end customer standpoint.

Should be aware of the software development life cycle.

Should possess good written and oral communication.

Should be a good team player.

Should be able to quickly grasp the system, its components and work independently.

Should have good analytical skills and worked in tight project schedules.

Linux knowledge and Java based application knowledge will be a plus.

HPQC knowledge will be an added advantage.

Test automation, Scripting or any development experience would be a plus.
