1. How does a chain-integration test look like? The ideal person has to be able to completely draw this out for the entire daprtment. Several chains will be merging and this is something to keep in mind.
2. Building data-sets. This will be done partially with syntetic data. Next to that you'll need to be able to identify how this data needs to be tested. The candidate has to have proved experience with different test data tools.
