Test Coordinator

Location: Brussels/Hasselt
Duration: 3 months contract with possibility of extension till the end of year
Languages: English and French/Dutch

Responsibilities:
Work across multiple cross-functional teams
Create the Master Test Plan and seek approval from all involved stakeholders;
Determine test priorities in line with the IT and business requirements;
Estimate the budget and planning taking into account the constraints;
Guide and monitor the analysis, the design and execution of the test cases;
Lead the test process in order to come to an acceptable test coverage;
Report on the progress and results of the various tests;
Ensure the availability of the representative business test data;
Lead the "go-no-go-decisions" based on results in close collaboration with the involved parties;
Set-up and document the test projects in our test management tools;
Coach and train testers (both business and IT) where required.

Background:
at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the IT testing domain;
hands-on experience in one or more in Test Management (HP ALM) and Automation tools (preferable);
strong communication skills
have a excellent ability to work with people, you can federate team members and negotiate towards a solution;
excellent analytical skills and a pragmatic & client-centric mindset
