Test Consultant IAM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Identity & Access Management (IAM) is one of our clients IT spine services and will become even more important in the next years (mainly driven by increased Security requirements): it must become more robust and end-user friendly. Therefore our client needs to make a change and a step-up in IAM. Currently an integration project is running to consolidate our client's IAM landscapes. Within this project we want to mature the IAM test management in line with its ambition, think of:

Setup a reusable and adaptable framework to test monthly releases in regression

Advise on use of manual or automated test tooling where this makes sense.

Coach team members and stakeholders in taking their role to conduct relevant tests

SCOPE OF WORK

In this project, the Test consultant is expected to:

-

Coordinate the test activities in close alignment with the agile development team.
-

Coordinate the test activities with the various IAM stakeholders
-

Reviewing requirements, functional and technical descriptions.
-

Identifying and analysing test basis to extract test cases.
-

Create test scenarios of extracted test cases, used for Scripting automated testing and manual testing.
-

Hands on with executing tests (expected 30-40% of time)

Analyze results generated from testing.
-

Root cause analysis of identified deficiencies in products.
-

Tracing and validating shortcomings in products.

REQUESTED SKILLS

- 5-10 year business experience as Test engineer/coordinator/consultant in a large multi-national IT environment

At least a Bachelor degree preferred in a technical area
-

Good command in spoken and written English
-

Hands on experience with tools like Jira, Jenkins, CollabNet
-

TMAP certification or comparable
-

Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

Pre: Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementations -Pre: Experience with testing of Sailpoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, and Active Directory.
