Test Coach/QA Engineer - Ecommerce (Exclusive to Next Ventures)

est Coach/QA Engineer - exclusive contract role for a 200-strong eCommerce outfit.

We have been asked by our client's CTO to find an exceptional Tester who can educate the Development team on Testing best practice as well as doing the hands-on Testing work.

The scope will include functional testing, regression testing, acceptance testing and testing tools. Our client currently uses Selenium Cucumber and Gherkin however you will be able to propose additional tooling in line with industry best practice. The current architecture is low-latency, high-availability Java and Python so relevant platform experience is highly desirable.

Requirements

- Exceptional Testing skills covering functional, regression and acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber and Gherkin.
- First-hand knowledge of industry best-practice in QA and Testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and able to coach and educate a diverse and international team.
- Experience of testing Java and Python based eCommerce platforms preferred.
