Test Bench Integrator (m/f)

- Conducting final operational testing and troubleshooting of entire electrical, hydraulic, control and rigging systems and component parts installed in the test bench, according to blueprints, diagrams, engineering documents and specifications, using precision instruments and test equipment
- Locating and disassembling structural, mechanical, electrical or other parts and assemblies to facilitate testing, using blueprints, diagrams, hand tools, and power tools
- Installing hardware into racks, building the system to drawing package specifications, running and labelling cables and verifying system dataflow
- Attaching fittings, clamps, lines, and hoses to test equipment, such as hydraulic test bench, and connecting test equipment to system components to be tested
- Operating test consoles, test equipment and test rig controls, or observing operation of system components being operated by other workers to determine system performance
- Interpreting and analysing test results to diagnose malfunctions
- Adjusting, replacing or repairing defective components or documents rework to be completed by others
- Recording operational test and rework information
- Working closely with electronic engineers to develop the appropriate hydraulic control system solution and collaborate with test engineers, specialists and project managers in order to understand the functional and system needs
- Preparing training manuals for users, writing operational documentation with technical authors or specialists
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running, monitoring and correcting defects if needed
- Experience in test rig installation and commissioning tasks
- Hydraulic/electrical technician
