TEST AUTOMATION LEAD, FATCA, BANKING, £550/DAY, 6 MONTHS, STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN.

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with a proven track record in Test Automation activities including the implementation of test frameworks.
You should have exceptional experience of hands-on test automation through the entire development life cycle. You should be very familiar with Selenium Webriver and Junit as well as the underlying technologies, particularly Java.
You will be working in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations, utilizing internal/external resources from different cultures and companies. You should be a confident in your communications and able to work effectively with various stakeholders, project teams and third parties in order to achieve successful results.
You will be familiar with a number of testing techniques and methodologies, but in particular you should be conversant with Waterfall and Agile.
You will be responsible for defining and agreeing the test cases to be automated and you should provide suitable test estimations and test plan. You will propose and create a automation framework (Junit/Selenium Webdriver). In some cases you will need to provide a proof of concept for a variety of tests and integrate with Bamboo.
The Test Automation Lead will be responsible for all aspects of planning the automation strategy, defining the test automation requirements and conducting test reviews and audits as appropriate. You should be experienced documenting testing process as well as documenting and tracking test results.
You will be responsible for planning the testing effort for automation including test personnel. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement. Experience working within a major bank and a knowledge of FATCA would be extremely desirable.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Very experienced test automation expert
- ISEB/ISTQB certified to Practitioner level
- Extensive knowledge of Junit and Selenium Webdriver
- Strong knowledge of the Java technologies required for these tools
- Demonstrable ability of web/browser-based testing
- Waterfall
