Test Automation Lead, Automation Framework - Junit/Selenium Webdriver, Test Plan-Preparation-Execution

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead for a 4 months initial assignment, for our customer in Stockholm.

There is a strong likelihood of extension.

We require the IT Tester to have the following:

- The Test Automation Lead Must have a proven track record of being involved in Automation testing activities together with new test framework implementations.
- The Test Automation Lead should have vast amount of hands-on test automation experience through the entire development life cycle in test automation area. A hand on experience is required.
- The Test Automation Lead should be familiar working in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organizations, utilizing internal/external resources from different cultures and companies.
- The Test Automation Lead shall have experience from waterfall approaches as well as more agile testing methodologies.

Test Automation Lead will cover with a proven track record in:

- Agree Test cases to be automated
- Estimate, plan & propose automation future creation & execution plan till Nov 2015
- Propose suitable Automation framework (Junit/Selenium webdriver)
- PoC for a few test cases and integrate with Bamboo
- Requirements & Test review/audit
- Experience in documenting and understanding current test processes and procedures
- Hands-on experience in test design test execution & test reporting
- Creating Test Plans including estimates & staffing
- Planning and following up on daily testing activities while at the same time contributing in continuous test improvements.
- We see that the Test Automation Lead should be having at least 8+ years of experience working with IT project,
- preferably ISTQB practitioner.
