Test Automation Engineer - Brussels (6 Months +)

TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER - BRUSSELS (6 MONTHS +)

My client, based in Brussels, is looking for a freelance Test Automation Engineer to join their team in helping them automate their functional testing as they move towards the implementation of an integrated digital platform.

Responsibilities:

- Development of a test plan based on the service contracts with the necessary test scenarios and test cases
- Further tuning/expansion of the test framework to make tests run in an automated manner
- Further elaboration of the continuous end-to-end integration scripts developed by different departments
- Performing performance test scenarios and analysing the test results
- Registering defects that arise from the tests carried out
- Preparing test reports, automatically or not
- Contribute to the description of the non-functional test strategy

Requirements:

- Clear experience in Test Automation tools (SoapUI, Selenium, JMeter)
- Good knowledge Java applications (Angular a bonus)
- Knowledge of test methodologies (ISTQB, TMap, STBox)
- Familiarity working with API micro-Servers
- Must be English Speaking
