Test Automation Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' of experience in testing multi layered applications in cross-functional teams, preferably in financial industry
- Excellent knowledge of software testing as well as expertise in OO programming languages such as Java and JEE
- Strong background in implementing test automation along with test automation techniques, tools and frameworks
- Know-how in agile development and good knowledge in SQL
- Languages: fluent German and English, both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the team with the day to day testing activities ranging from defining and executing tests
- Collaborating with on-shore and off-shore teams in software engineering, business analytics and test engineering
- Performing as an Embedded Test Engineer in an agile project organisation
- Defining an effective quality strategy for a highly challenging project
- Developing stabile test automation solutions for interlinked systems
