TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced AUTOMATION TEST ENGINEER to join one of their clients, a well renowned Swiss organisation. For this contract engagement, we are seeking a German speaker who is immediately available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will be responsible for the automated functional and non-functional testing of the application.
- Acting as a Test Automation Engineer
- Design, specify and execute system and system integration tests (functional and non-functional
- Create and maintain test data for automated tests
- Contribute to continuous improvements of the test process and environment
- Setup and maintain the test environments: installation and configuration of applications, monitoring
- Maintain and use test automation and performance tools
- Participate in reviews of requirements, architecture documents, and application guides
- Raise and manage defects and regularly report on test results
- General expectation of coaching our testers
YOUR PROFILE:
- Profound with both manual & automation testing
- Test automation experience for functional and non-functional requirements
- JAVA DEVELOPMENT SKILLS - MUST-HAVE
- Experienced in:
- Agile development
- Database and network testing
- Automated deployment
- Fluency in HPQC (requirements, test plan, defect handling, reporting)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and tools
- Proven experience in performance and load testing
- Proven experience in test analysis
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- ISTQB Certified
- Dynamic and flexible
- German and English - Fluent
LOCATION: Zurich
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3 months contract with possibility of extension for another 3 months
