Test Architect/Manager/Telecoms
Consol Partners are looking for a Test Architect for a telecoms based company in Belgium. You will be working in the R&D department reporting into the service gateway manager. You will be responsible for defining the test strategy for the product development and rollout.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the global test strategy.
- You will identify technical solutions and/or methodologies available on the market to drive the development.
- Identify the technical resources required for the new strategy.
- Work with Connected Home (R&D).
- Working with teams on site and regionally to make sure everything goes live. Optimize resource usage - in terms of costs and product development timeline.
- Define and install KPI's Be pro-active to improve test-automation, execution and coverage.
EXPERIENCE:
- TELECOM/NETWORK EXPERIENCE - WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, VOIP, IP TELEPHONY.
- Experience in R&D.
- You must have experience with test-automation (Scripting).
- Load testing - LoadRunner etc.
- TEST MANAGEMENT - TEST/VALIDATION/CO-ORDINATION.
- CHANGE/TRANSITION MANAGEMENT - DISASTER RECOVERY
- Agile/Scrum Knowledge of test practice, process, techniques, tools in operating industry
- Hands-on experience with complete validation and deployment processes
- Language: English - mandatory Dutch is a plus.
