IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Analyse, align with stakeholders and publish a test concept for AirPlus Business
-Transformation workstreams (including a test data management concept; both agile and waterfall processes)
-Analyse, align with stakeholders and publish a test process as part of the overall automated DevTestOps process for AirPlus Business Transformation
-Analyse, select and implement test tools to support the AirPlus Business Transformation workstream (technical specialists for test tool installation or configuration are available)
-Train the engineers on the selected process and tools
-Provide ongoing coaching sessions to test engineers
-Measure, analyse, report on and optimize the test process and its operation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Good working knowledge of test processes, in waterfall and agile environment
-Experience in setting up and managing enterprise test teams using modern test concepts (automation, enterprise test data management etc.)
-Proven experience with large-scale software test projects, from planning to execution
-Strong background in payment card industry
-Knowledge of continuous integration, automated testing, deployment, monitoring and related tools, preferably Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Selenium and xUnit
-Knowledge of modern test solutions and tools supporting testing in an automated development pipeline and testing using public cloud resources
-Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript or similar), Java programming skills are an additional advantage
-Knowledge of TDD, BDD, continuous integration and continuous deployment is an advantage
