- Test Architects having good experience of developing Test Strategy and Test Plans
- Deep Testing Experience having worked in the Testing
- Experience of Infrastructure Testing and SAP Testing Experience (SAP Testing is more important but good if the person has both SAP and Infra testing exp.)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- ability to work in an onsite-offshore model (offshore teams out of India)
- primarily English speaking,
- Travel - 50% travel, mainly to France
