Test and Validation Engineer (NATO)

Specific activities would include:

*Overseeing the contractor test at the Contractor facility and on Replication Sites in accordance with the terms specified in the ACCS LOC1 Common Statement of Work;

*Reviewing contract deliverables arising from the contract, to ensure that the contractor has correctly interpreted the relevant specifications relating to T

*Ensuring that test plans and procedures are produced and test results are analyzed to support verification and validation;

*Ensuring that resources (personnel, interfaces, communications, flights, etc.) required for system test execution are identified, planned, and co-ordinated;

*Monitoring contractor execution of test activities in co-ordination with the responsible technical staff and recommending appropriate courses of action to the Section Chief AVVS and the respective project leader;

*Identifying potential problem areas, assessing their impact and proposing alternative courses of action when required;

*Participating in contract milestone reviews, technical interchange meetings, contract deliverable reviews and other replication project meetings;

*Actively Participate in the execution of Replication Site Testing as required;

*Other duties may be assigned as required by the Section Chief

This will require about 110 days of effort (March to December 2015) and will involve multiple periods of travel.

Experience

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
