The objective of the Asset Performance Management (APM) Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Global Program is to develop a standard configuration of the Bentley APM RCM solution that enables efficient deployment of the solution for use by Capital Projects and Operation Assets across Upstream and Downstream whilst realizing the defined business benefits and creating a long term support and deployment capability.

Deployment in Upstream will commence in Q32014 and deployments in Downstream will commence in 2015. The program is executed under accountability of the TaCIT Engineering and Smart Delivery Vertical in close collaboration with the relevant teams from the Downstream and Upstream business and the IT Delivery Verticals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Lead deployment requirement gathering and monitor progress on requirements execution with supplier. Document functional and technical requirements + business processes and identify improvements. Hand over the solution approach and use cases to the technical team, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

2) Lead release test effort. Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions into test cases and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.

3) Deployment coordinator. Establish and maintain working relationship with IT and Business stakeholders. Participate in training and pilots. Gather and document lessons learned.

Technical Skills and Experience:

MANDATORY:

- Excellent English communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong knowledge of plant engineering, maintenance concepts and business processes.
- Experience with (IT) solution evaluation and procurement.
- Ability to analyse, design and document business processes.
- Able to facilitate requirements gathering and requirement formalization.
- Able to document requirements based on input gathered from the local stakeholders and user community.
- Able to organize and lead test effort
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Willing to travel (if required).

OPTIONAL:

- Experience with/knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance
- Experience with/knowledge of Asset Performance Management solutions
- Experience with/knowledge of application implementation and integration.
- Previous experience working with the Project Delivery Framework (PDF).
- Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards.
