Test Manager & Test Analysts required for large financial services client based in Dublin.
Candidates will come from a financial services background and will have ideally worked within the banking sector previously.
Will possess a solid testing background and possess as much of the following as possible:
- Knowledge of the full testing life cycle
- Experience of working on large scale programmes of work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Some or all the following technologies - Genesys, Avaya or Verint
- Experience in contact centre environments
