Test Analysts - Automation, QTP - Federal Government

One of ACT's high profile Federal Government departments is seeking a number of experienced AUTOMATION TEST ANALYSTS to ensure the solutions developed by the section are of high quality and meet the requirements of the business.

Your responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to) the following:

- Design and develop automated test scripts (automation)
- Execute automated test scripts and follow up on outcomes;
- Liaise with Business/Systems Analyst/Designers and business subject matter experts to clarify intended system behaviour and supporting business processes;
- Peer review other testers' deliverables; and
- Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers.

To be successful for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

- At least three years of testing experience or over five years of hands-on Scripting experience with automation testing tools (preferably QTP).
- Good understanding of software testing principles, activities and processes, and/or test automation processes.
- Good understanding of software testing principles, activities and processes, and/or test automation processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Siebel (or similar enterprise COTS) applications experience. (Desirable)
