TEST ANALYST/TEST LEAD - DEFECT ANALYST - DUBLIN, IRELAND.

Test Analyst/Test lead/Defect Analyst required for contract role based in Dublin, Ireland.

A hard working, process driven and customer focused individual with the following skills are essential if you are to be considered for this role.

- Virtualized application technologies (Microsoft App-V/Citrix Profiling).
- Hands on application defect management and analysis of Technical issues
- Advising Technical team with right information based on analysis to fix the issue
- Experience with offshore/onshore working practices.
- Citrix XenApp.
- Financial applications and systems
- Experience with customer engagement for application investigation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Experience with Level 2 desktop support role.
- Experience with BAU and Projects at enterprise level.
