TEST ANALYST (SALESFORCE)

One of our leading clients based in Brussels, Belgium is looking for Test analysts (Salesforce transformation project) this is a long-term project and is going to be interesting!

Requirement is for ONSITE Test Analyst for the testing on the Salesforce Transformation project and OPERATIONS

- BILINGUAL FRENCH - DUTCH is a must; next to English
- FULLTIME ONSITE IN BRUSSELS. No expenses will be accepted

Resources must be passionate about/driven by testing

Test automation is not part of this scope (beside input) - different resources are hereto foreseen

DETAILS OF THE REQUESTS

We are looking for 9FTE Test Analysts under the conditions of Time & Materials

Salesforce Transformation project

Resources will answer to/be steered by the Test Manager

3FTE Test Analysts for SYSTEM TESTING = integrated system (IST) and interface (P2P) testing

4FTE Test Analysts for BUSINESS TESTING = = end2end (E2E) and business acceptance (BAT) testing

OPERATIONS Resources will answer to/be steered by the Team Lead Domain = Sales Commodity and Product & Services (SAP CRM and Salesforce)

2FTE Test Analysts for OPERATIONAL TESTING = system/business testing (change requests/regression)

The offers shall constitute a best and final offer

SENIORITY LEVEL

= Minimum Junior - >3 years of seniority in the post (=relevant experience)

= Senior ->5 years of seniority in the post (=relevant experience)

COMPETENCIES /SKILLS REQUIRED

- Proficiency with test methodologies including test documentation and test administration
- Be passionate about/driven by testing
- Attention to detail, but ability to see the big picture
- Able to think logical and critical
- Able to work in a team (team player and autonomous)
- Be customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a testing mentality
- Be a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently
- Be flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environment
- Experience with CRM is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Able to deploy initiative and have a problem-solving attitude
- Awareness of agile project management, software configuration/development

ACTIVITIES /RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will prepare/search for test data
- You will execute test preparation (including documentation of test requirements and test scenarios)
- You will execute tests (including qualitative defect logging)
- You will execute report on test progress
- You will log defects, provide input to and support Functional/Technical Analysts
- You will (re)test defects
- You will Maximize the # of automated test cases in collaboration with Test Automation Developer
- You will use of test support tool HPQC
- You will adhere to test best practices in general and defined by Salesforce

NICE TO HAVE COMPETENCIES

- Experience with Utilities is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Sales & Service cloud is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing cloud is a plus
- Experience with SAP CRM is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Experience with Vlocity is a plus
