KEYS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install application software in test environment
- Process business day
- Support Development requests (fixes installation, investigate issues)
- Support Business requests (environment access, investigate issues)
- Log and follow-up technical issues and liaise with Development and Infrastructure Department
- Participate to close down report
- Support production people during roll-out in Production
