TEST ANALYST/FINANCIAL MARKETS/ACCOUNTSYSTEMS

For an Asset management company based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Test Analyst with the abilities of in-depth Analysis and Quality Assurance Testing on back and Front Office systems together with third party interfaces. Working with the Integration Test Team to check data flows from External and Internal sources, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly via Tibco to Advent Geneva using data reference from Markit EDM.

Brief job description:

- Uploading transaction files via FileZilla and BSF locations
- Checking that transactions have translated into Advent Geneva with the correct information
- Investigate and analyse exception messages, reprocess using MIA
- Execution of manual functional, integration and regression test scenarios using HP ALM QC
- Creation of quality test requirements from source documentation
- Raise accurate and concise defects, manage fixed defects
- Provide support for all phases of the testing cycles
- Providing support to the Development Team to resolves issues
- Providing reports/overviews of data processing

Knowledge Required of:

- Basic knowledge of financial products/trading (FX/Swaps/Equities/Fixed Income)
- HP Quality Center
- Excel
