Test Analyst - Finance - Banking - Netherlands

* Experience of complex test projects in which different vendors and stakeholders were involved
* Good communication skills, can work with minimal supervision
* Good social skills, able to work with different levels within the organization
* Pro-active, team player
* Can work under pressure
* Fluent in the languages English

(Specific) test skills and experience:

* Solid background within Software testing
* Experience of working within different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc.)
* Experience capturing requirements and test cases in a test management tool, ideally HP ALM QC
* Good understanding of test phases from functional through to user acceptance
* Able to record defects and analyse potential impact
* Able to write and execute manual regression scripts
* ISEB/ISTQB Foundation level certificate or equivalent industry level experience
* Any exposure to automated and performance based testing
* Experience of financial systems
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Understanding of data base structures and interrogation techniques (SQL, PL/SQL)
