Test Analyst/Engineer
Currently one of my clients is urgently seeking a Test Analyst/Engineer who will join their team on a long term contract position based in the Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The preparation, execution and maintenance of test scenarios and test cases for functional designs according to the prescribed methodology, especially around documents and the necessary functional changes in the package itself, all documented in the HP ALM test management tool.
- Logging and following the found bugs.
- Quality Review of Requirements and Functional Documentation
- Coaching and support of IT teams in creating and executing their test scenarios and test cases according to the prescribed methodology
- Review of test scenarios and scripts prepared by our Indian partner.
- Reporting to the test manager.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
* Minimum 3 years experience in testing in a structured manner
* Experience with test tools (Test Management, Defect Management and Test Automation) is a plus and especially the HP ALM tool.
* Knowledge of a Test Methodology (ISTQB, TMAP ...)
* Knowledge of Jira is a plus
* Experience in package implementation projects is a plus
* Knowledge of insurances (non life) is a plus
* English speaking with good knowledge English, in word and writing
* Understand French in word and writing
SOFT SKILLS:
* Team player
* Good communication skills
* Spontaneous promoter to make things go ahead
* Can work autonomously.
* Analytical
* Flexible in working hours
