Test Analyst & Coach
Assure the Business Acceptance Testing and quality of the deliverables related to the company's strategic projects.
Bring a Testing culture by coaching the employees from technical departments involved in Business Acceptance Testing activities.
*Validate solutions implemented by assuring:
Respect of business requirements and functional specifications (Use Cases).
Quality of solution provided.
*Define acceptance test strategy, acceptance criteria, prepare and execute acceptance test cases in co-operation with the employees participating to Acceptance testing activities.
*Document acceptance test results, report problems in a structured way and assure problems follow-up.
*Assure training on the job and coaching of the employees participating to Acceptance testing activities.

Experience:
Master degree in Economics, Business administration and/or IT or equivalent by experience.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Testing.
Extensive knowledge of Testing standards & Test Methodology is a must.
Extensive experience with Test Methodology is a must.
Experience in Coaching/Training Testing teams is an advantage.
Experience with "Use Cases" specifications is an advantage.
Experience with testing tools is appreciated.
Extensive experience with MS Office tools is a must.
Fluent in English
