Test Analyst - 9 Month Contract - North Sydney

A leading software based company based in North Sydney is seeking a Test Analyst to work on a number of projects in the pipeline. Working in a small team and reporting to the Test Manager overseas, the role requires the ideal candidate to work in an autonomous environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Prepare/Update Test Cases based on requirements and detailed design
- Perform testing
- Document test results
- Setup test environment
- Understand and adhere to documentation standards
- Capture and present test results
- Use and interpret technical and functional documentation
- Understand system & functional specifications and identify gaps
- Update documentation
- Participate in Defect Management meetings with Development team
- Participate in automation initiatives taken in the team
- Use defined tools and utilities

SKILLS

- 5+yrs TESTING experience, combination of web and Back End testing
- Ability to work in autonomous environment
- Self starter/motivated
- Excellent communication skills
