Test Analyst

You will join a highly capable and well skilled team to support all aspects of testing for the implementation of large scale and complex Information Management (IM)/Information Communications Technology (ICT) projects.

Your key duties are:

- Supporting the implementation of quality testing methods to align with Testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Developing and assisting with the development of Test Plan(s) and other testing documentation.
- Peer review of test cases for accuracy, completeness, and traceability to business requirements.
- Executing testing and assisting your peers with test execution.
- Analysing and logging incidents/defects using the prescribed tools and processes
- Assisting with defect rectification, re-testing, and test reporting
- Completing other testing related tasks as assigned by the Test Manager.
- Working with the Test Manager, Manager Implementation, and other project managers to assist program activity planning and tester resource scheduling to ensure the integration of project activities and evaluate impacts on related initiatives and other project activities.

As the successful applicant, you will bring the following expertise to this role:

- 5+ years testing experience across multiple phases of testing.
- The ability to guide and advise regarding testing good practice - approaches, methodology, risk approach, regression testing, test artefacts.
- Demonstrated exposure to an array of ICT configurations/solutions.
- ISTQB qualified (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated evidence of Test Assurance and/or Test coordination experience.
- Can conduct hands-on testing activities when needed.
- System Integration Testing experience.
