Participates in project management process, including participating in project meetings. May document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings.
Ensures high quality and accuracy is maintained through to release of designed Business Intelligence Solutions (ie Dashboards, Reports).
Participate in solution release-related meetings (solution design document review, handover, and test script review meetings).
Provides application support for Business Intelligence solutions through research and assisting of the resolution of technical and functional issues.
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

Top 3-5 required skills:
-3+ years Quality/Testing experience (manual and automated)
-3+ years experience of translating business user requirements into test cases
-Broad-based knowledge of information technology and applications
-Proficient experience in Cognos or Business Objects, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
-Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) Skills
-Ability to work independently and within team units

Minimum years of experience required: 3+ years experience minimum

Top 3-5 daily responsibilities:
-Creation and execution of Solution Test Cases to ensure solution results align with business requirements;
-Engagement with development teams and business to perform analysis of business requirements and planned solution design to ensure testability
-Drafts and prepares a variety of communications documents, including customer presentations; may assist in or deliver presentations to customers.
-Assist in the development and review of solution-related documentation

Desired skills:
-Strong Healthcare background a plus
-Project Planning
