TERMINAL WIRELESS PERFORMANCE EXPERTS (X3) - FINLAND - LONG TERM CONTRACT - EXCELLENT RATES
My client are a market leader in the Telecommunications Sector. Due to the continued expansion of their cutting edge technologies they are looking to recruit up to 3 Terminal Wireless Performance Experts on a long term contract basis.
Research Expert on 4.5/5G phone prototype Wireless performance technology
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the development of the next generation of terminal products and the base station, wireless channel, terminal end to end performance analysis.
- Combined with the terminal antenna, performance analysis of end to end wireless performance, including throughput and coverage performance research, system link simulation, MIMO performance analysis, CA performance analysis, beam forming performance analysis, and so on.
- Develop a wireless performance evaluation and test scheme for the terminal, as well as the constraints on the antenna.
- Improve the terminal wireless performance technology research; promote technology research results of product landing, for the future of terminal product competitiveness contribution value.
- Keep track on the prototype development and plan for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in communication engineering, electronic information engineering, electromagnetic field and microwave technology or related majors.
- 3 years and above the mobile communication wireless performance analysis and field test analysis experience.
- With the communication principle, wireless channel knowledge, simulation tools, and system link simulation experience.
- Capable of modelling, simulation and analysis of wireless channel model.
- Familiar with 3GPP physical layer and protocol layer protocol.
- The one is better that there is a deep research in MIMO OTA and field test experience.
- Understanding of basic communication principles of 2G/3G/4G/4.5G/5G and basic parameters of the terminal antenna.
- Understanding the new technology and the development trend of improving the throughput and coverage of the mobile phone.
- MIMO, CA research background, familiar with the principle of MIMO and beam forming, the principle of the CA, with a deep research on the throughput performance researcher is better.
