My client, one of Irelands leading financial services, has an immediate opening for a TERADATA DW DEVELOPER to join there team on a number of exciting and challenging projects.
REUQIREMENTS
- Experience/knowledge Teradata coding
- High standard of both SQL writing and SQL Interpretation
- Creating and modifying MULTI LOADS using UNIX and Loading data into IDW
- Refreshed the data by using fastexport and fastload utilities
- Experience writing and executing detailed test plans including Integration and Regression testing
- Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and defects covering full requirements traceability
- Experience maintaining testing standards and continual test improvements minimising production defects
- Experience recommending new tools and processes to ensure quality
- Actively engages in the remediation of test and defect issues related to code quality and specification criteria
- Experience automating testing processes including automated regression testing
- Strong Teradata experience (minimum 3+ years)
