Data Warehouse Developer - Contract Role - Dublin
My client has a requirement for a Datawarehouse developer in Dublin city centre on site in a retail bank.
I am seeking highly skilled candidates who are proficient with Teradata RDBMS for an initial 6 month contract.
Duties of this role include investigating requirements and producing specifications and designing and implementing information solutions. You will develop, execute and document Unit and Integration tests ensuring code is up to specification.
The successful candidate will provide expertise in relational database design and have the ability to support the execution of system testing and user acceptance testing.
You should have proven Teradata experience and detailed experience with SQL.
Candidates should be competent in interpreting requirements and designing, unit testing and developing solutions. Experience in IBM OS/390 is an advantage as well as proficiency using the associated tools like TSO, JCL etc.
You should also have an understanding of OLAP cubes particularly with Hyperion Essbase experience.
