TERADATA AND NETEZZA! DATA WAREHOUSE SUPPORT ANALYST - E-COMMERCE - UP TO £375 PER DAY

An industry leading E-commerce organisation based in the West End is currently looking for a Data Warehouse Support Analyst to join a new project. The successful candidate will gain the opportunity to work closely with the Lead Developer on big budget project work to learn and gain experience within Data Warehousing. The position on offer will be a hybrid between DWH support and development but will also involve client support. The position is a 6 month contract offering up to £375 per day. DATA WAREHOUSE SUPPORT ANALYST - ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY:

- Database administration and/or development experience (ANSI SQL based database technology, preferably Oracle )
- Working in small teams and following IT. Department service management procedures (eg ITIL)
- Must be an effective communicator at all levels
- Must be a team player, supportive and collaborative
- Must have the ability to take ownership of tasks and to report progress
- Must have the ability to understand business processes
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have good documentation skills
