Teradata Analyst Developer

Yodel are looking to appoint a Teradata Analyst Developer on a permanent basis at it's Liverpool Head office. As the Teradata Analyst Developer you will design, build & support Teradata Load and transformation scripts.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

- Contribute to requirements analysis and documentation
- Design &Build interfaces and data transformation on Teradata
- Contribute to design of Reporting layer
- Units and System Testing of Code
- Provide support for these processes

Essential Experience

- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and BI
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to own and plan work and manage multiple workloads
- Capable of managing tasks with and without supervision
- Follow Waterfall or Agile Development process
- Teradata 13.0/14.0/15.0
- Teradata Utilities - Multiload, Fastload and BTEQ
- Advanced SQL
- Systems integration/ETL
- UNIX

Desirable Experience

Experience of working with BI tools (e.g. OBIEE, Business Objects, Microstrategy, Cognos, Tableau)
